Assists with projects related to new employee paperwork, retention, and recruiting.
Records employee information such as personal data, compensation, benefits, attendance, performance reviews or evaluations, and termination date and reason.
Processes employment applications and assists in other employment activities.
Examines employee files to answer inquiries and provides information to authorized persons.
Compiles data from personnel records and prepares reports
Conduct full cycle new hire procedures such as new hire paper works, I9, employment verification, orientation etc.
Maintain HR filing
Update employee database for any changes.
Knowledgeable of HRIS preferred.
Knowledge of benefit administration such as open/new enrollment, track PTO and leaves.
Assist in filing visa and green card petitions
Assist in the recruitment process of sourcing and scheduling phone interviews/screenings.
Assist with planning of company events and team building
Ensure that HR policies and procedures are current and compliant
Handling employee queries related to policies, payroll, benefits, complaints and grievances

B.S./M.S. majoring in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
The desire to understand more about organizational leadership
Has great interpersonal skills and intrinsic enthusiasm that allow you to build strong relationships with co-workers and customers
