DescriptionAmada Senior Care is one of the fastest-growing, Licensed Comprehensive In Home Care Agencies in Oregon. With offices in Portland and Salem, we run a tight-knit team of 2-3 administrative staff that are constantly on the go. All of our staff are cross-trained for various roles and we’re in need someone interested every facet business administration, especially in the healthcare field.
ResponsibilitiesAssist with the preparation of insurance billing; faxing billing invoices/reports to LTCi companies.
Assist with the preparation of new hire files in accordance with state guidelines for In Home Care agencies.
Keep up to date on scanning and uploading client and caregiver documentation into our EMR system.
Maintain in-house filing systems while following both state and federal guidelines, and HIPAA protocols.
Be a key player in day to day operations including greeting visitors, answering phones and directing calls/messages, placing office supply orders, running small errands, obtaining postage for mailings, etc.
RequirementsExperience in customer service.
Exceptional organizational skills, with ability to prioritize time sensitive assignments, while paying attention to detail.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Flexible and adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
