Description

We are a non-medical staffing agency looking for an administrative assistant to either take on or assist with our Long Term Care Insurance Department.

Responsibilities

Speaking to clients, family and insurance companies daily to go over claims
Collect, and reconcile necessary insurance paperwork to submit daily to ensure timely payments
Communicating to billing team members to resolve or answer any questions or concerns that may come about.
Maintain a spreadsheet of insurance submissions.

Requirements

Superb customer service skills is a must have.
Ability to multi-task and grasp our processes quickly is a requirement.
Candidate can be an active student or a recent grad.

Required - Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Office Administration, Office Equipment, Multi Tasking, Google Docs, Customer Service
