This job opportunity would support the current Executive Assistant as she prepares for, and goes out on, maternity leave. Ideally, we aim to spend key-time in training before the leave would occur and also aim for an overlap once the leave ends.

Responsibilities

The Administrative Intern will:
•Perform confidential administrative duties for up to five Senior Managers.
•Assist the Senior Managers in managing daily activities.
•Interact with the entire organization at all levels (as well as external customers and vendors).
•Schedule meetings and appointments
•Make travel arrangements (including Visa Processing)
•Perform a variety of administrative duties such as:•Processing purchase orders and managing the payment of invoices
•Data entry for expense reports
•Calendar management
And arranging other programs such as charitable activities, employee recognition activities and team building events & dinners

Requirements

The perfect candidate must have an outgoing and positive attitude with a good sense of humor. While little to no experience is required, the candidate must be sharp and ready-to-learn.

This person also needs to be able to manage well under multiple deadlines, (congenial) pressure and conflicting priorities with minimal guidance.
