Coordinate Initial Project Meetings

Generating correspondence to customers and leads, i.e. letters, status updates, emails, etc.
Quoting existing customers and new leads
Follow up on quotations for the Sales Department
Maintaining and organizing all leads
Updating and prioritizing Sales Lead Action Items log
Updating and maintaining database



Excellent clerical skills
Willingness and capacity to learn the products and services.
Effectively organize and streamline the administrative workflow in the Sales and Admin Departments
Capable of working and communicating effectively with cross-functional groups in a team environment
Ability to use MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
Excellent verbal and writing skills
Effectively work on multiple tasks simultaneously, under time constraints, and fill in when necessary
Demonstrate a high level of customer focus and initiative in communication with all levels of outside customers
Timeliness in both work attendance and meeting internal/external customer needs
