Description

Our client has a reputation for providing world class IT Infrastructure services for over 35 years. In an ever changing environment, the company has managed to perform beyond and over the expanding needs of their customers.

This new role requires solution selling experience with a focus on IT product maintenance, managed services, relationship management, consultation on business needs and identifying product features and enhancements that will improve operational effectiveness and increased market share. Coordination with Customer Service to ensure a prompt and seamless service is essential and timely monitoring, identification and resolution of issues will be key.

Responsibilities

Handling of inbound outbound calls from customers and technicians.
Scheduling of customer accounts.
Assist technicians with account management.
Outline pest control options and pricing to customers, upselling when possible.
Assist in billing, accounting, and collections on accounts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• General knowledge of Microsoft Office, MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Powerpoint
• Ability to effectively multi-task and prioritize in a fast paced industry
