LA Mother is a development agency situated in the heart of Hollywood. We are a female-run studio dedicated to providing a platform for feminists, working within development, marketing and mentoring. Our Hollywood HQ also provides a versatile events space and coworking facility for 100 people.

This is an entry-level role for a person wanting to grow in an administrative position.

Requirements:
Degree in Business Administration, Business, PR, Communications, English, Marketing, or any relevant humanity subject
1+ years working in an administrative role
We are seeking an Executive Assistant for a temp-to-perm role in our Hollywood office. In this role you will be working alongside a busy CEO. You should know the basics of business admin, scheduling, management, & customer relations.

Management Company
Marketing Agency
Events Space
Cowork Space
Wedding & Event Planning Business

Responsibilities

You Will:

Support the Creative Director in all aspects of his day to day life
Manage the creative director's calendar
Manage internal communications
Feed down info from the creative director to the team on a daily basis
Support the marketing team with detailed research tasks
Create & send out business letters
Respond to business communications
Conduct personal tasks where needed
Manage the creative director's personal social media accounts
Manage the creative director's personal email accounts
Screen calls
Make business related calls
Make travel plans
Prepare reports
Hold relationships with clients
Hold relationship with team members
Run the errands associated with running a busy venue

Vital Tools: Excel, Google Docs, Slack, Trello, iOS, Microsoft Office, Basic Illustrator / Photoshop skills

About You: We are looking for a candidate with excellent customer service, administration & interpersonal skills. You need to be proficient with MS Excel, Word, email, and social media; experience working with Photoshop is an advantage.
