We are looking for an energetic, confident & out-going individual to join the Kidville Montclair administrative department. This is an exciting opportunity for the right person to learn and also bring new ideas to the Company.
Responsibilities Include: Social Media Marketing, Photography, Newletters, Material Creation and Distribution, Attending Events and Fairs, Event Planning as well as General Office Duties.
Position available starting May 2016. Duration open.
Location: 516 Valley Road, Upper Montclair, NJ 07043.
ResponsibilitiesManage Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, and Pinterest accounts.
Research and write compelling editorial copy for all site platforms that encourages customer engagement.
Leverage social networks to strengthen relationships with existing and potential customers/fans.
Participate in internal brainstorms to conceptualize upcoming content on site, social media platforms and newsletter.
Execution and management of contests and promotions on social media platforms.
Researching social media trends and tools.
Designing, creating and distributing marketing material
Photography of classes and events for use in marketing
Assisting during Events (street fairs, in-store events, community events, etc.)
Planning events to bring brand awareness
Assisting with Client Party Planning
General office duties
RequirementsEligible applicants must be able to work at least 15hrs/week and be available on Weekends
Candidates must be comfortable working independently, and taking initiative
Qualified candidates are energetic, passionate, positive, and aren’t afraid to dive right in
Demonstrated interest in communications, events, PR and Marketing
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Candidate must be proficient in Word, Excel and Powerpoint
