DescriptionAs an office administrator, you will perform diversified office-clerical duties including, but not limited to scheduling appointments and facilitating communications. In this role, you will prepare consultation charts, as well as take and prioritize telephone calls.You will be responsible for entering billing details and data of our numerous clients and payroll information for employees into the computer system, and forward documentation to the appropriate processing center.
Additional responsibilities include maintaining and documenting incoming reports, filing, receptionist duties, light typing and data entry.
Responsibilities- Prepare source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information; establishing entry priorities.
- Maintain patient and correspondence transcription records. Collect, sort, file, locate and distribute needed information,
materials, records and paperwork between administrative staff.
- Collect, verify and record demographic, insurance and referral information.
- Performs typing duties such as various correspondence, reports, articles and data entry.
- May prepare and maintain various statistical data.
