Description

We are a group of professional counselors, who have spent the last 20 years changing lives through behavior modification and evidenced based practice. Our success is based on our strong ties with the communities we serve throughout the state of Georgia. Lower recidivism and harm reduction is our primary goal. Recovery is a life-long commitment. Participants work on cognitive behavioral interventions and develop crucial life-skills with evidenced based coping tools to avoid relapse in old behavior.

We are currently looking for a polished, self-motivated individual. It's essential that applicants to this position have excellent communication skills, demonstrate creativity, and understand the importance of attending to even the smallest details.

Responsibilities

- Organize and collect progress reports
- Monitor project calendar, ensuring project is on schedule and in budget
- Assist with mailings
- Assist with databases update
- Assist with advertising
- Assist with answering phone calls
- Assist with scheduling appointments

Requirements

- Understand cost-reduction principles and how to implement goals
- Possess skills at assessing issues, defining solutions, and implementing strategy
- Perform well in environment that values leadership, efficiency, dependability, and organization
