DescriptionWe are small Real Estate/Construction firm looking for a professional, EXPERIENCED, hard working team player. The main responsibility of this role is to solely provide administrative support to both the construction and real estate entities. The successful candidate must have strong administrative experience, be able to prioritize multiple tasks, be hard-working and be great with numbers. This is a growing firm and the candidate must have also have a team-player mentality and be able to handle administrative, office management and receptionist tasks on a daily basis. 3-5 years' experience is highly preferred.
Responsibilities- Organize and collect progress reports
- Monitor project calendar, ensuring project is on schedule and in budget
Duties include answering phones, Scheduling appointments,Work with outside vendors, Typing leases and handling day to day operations and responsibilities.
Requirements- Understand cost-reduction principles and how to implement goals
- Possess skills at assessing issues, defining solutions, and implementing strategy
