DescriptionI own a small real estate investing business and I'm looking to grow. In order to grow, I need an intelligent, responsible, entrepreneurial type person to join me. This internship includes a lot of marketing and networking. This will get you outside of your comfort zone and help you grow as an individual and as a entrepreneur. I need you to be fairly flexible with your time and be able to self motivate yourself. I'm going to help you along but I am not going to stand over your shoulder to make sure you are accomplishing the tasks.
Responsibilities- Handling incoming/out-going emails
- taking phone calls
- Running local errands
- Implementing a variety of marketing campaigns
- gathering data from public records
- analyzing properties and help with overseeing rehab projects
RequirementsYou will learn a lot about the real estate investing industry and will be required to listen to, watch and read training materials.
- Good computer skills are a must.
-Must be PROFICIENT in Google Docs, Excel, Microsoft Word, and can communicate effectively over the phone. Must be professional. However, you will be working in a down-to-earth & friendly environment
