Be "right-hand"person for the head of a company that buys, sells, refurbishes and transports mobile homes while handling real estate development for same. You will help him in his daily tasks, most importantly in the areas of communication with various associates, suppliers, clients and real estate people and scheduling. You will oversee email and other forms of communication,, making sure that appointments are confirmed and kept and his transportation needs - both local and long-distance - go smoothly.


Scheduling appointments,making sure that deliveries and shipments go as planned, passing information/You will also be asked to assist him with business deliveries and/or pickups in your or his vehicle, so a valid driver's license, good record and safe driving skills may also be requested. Updating emails - and making sure that they are answered - is another responsibility you will be handling. Scheduling appointments is another area where you will be active; making sure that the time allowed for travel by automobile is realistic (a familiarity with Google Maps will be required here)


The most important requirements are discipline, thoroughness and the ability to work with both things and people. A knowledge of Microsoft Office and/or its Google equivalents and an mind that can organize time , energy and action well. You should also have some experience in a job or activity where you had to use your head to organize something, even if it was on a small scale.
