Description


We are a wholesale retailer of cosmetics, looking for someone that is professional and very well spoken.

Hours - 30 hours

M- F ( Flexible within the hours of 9am- 6pm)

Saturday (Some required, not all the time)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

-- Answer customer calls and take orders in a professional manner

-- Enter products into Inventory system

-- Manage product inventory

-- Fulfill customer orders

-- Reach out via phone to current and former customers to inform them of new products

-- Assist with new marketing efforts

-- Implement organizational systems for filing

QUALIFICATIONS/MUSTS

---Punctuality

---Excellent customer service skills

---Proficient in English

---Attention to detail

---At least an associate degree

---Minimum,verifiable 2 years of office experience

---Ability to get along with all types of people and personalities

---Advanced knowledge of MS Office software products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

---Willingness to learn new things
