Come join the Gbrindr Inc, team in this exciting opportunity as an Operations Support Administrative Assistant! This is an entry-level position that will allow you to learn the ins and outs of every key department within the payroll operations group. We have a world class training program so we will teach you everything you need to know about the industry.
For success in this position you must have strong Excel, 10-key and data entry along with the ability to multi-task and adapt quickly to a changing environment.
Candidates will have the opportunity to shadow multiple departments by providing clerical support during high volume seasons.

ResponsibilitiesDaily tasks include but are not limited to:
Data analysis and verification
Contacting outside agencies to verify confidential information
Other duties as required by operations management
RequirementsHigh school diploma required
Strong experience in data entry (10-key)
Experience with using Microsoft Office (especially Outlook and Excel)
Attention to detail
Interpersonal communication skills
