Description

Great opportunity to get the benefit and resume experience working at a top Fortune 500 company, but in a local Allstate agency setting in New York City. Our Allstate agency has been in business for over 40 years and we have a large and diverse clientele.

Responsibilities

Developing sales strategy. Increasing customer retention. Need someone who is outgoing and able to interact with clients in person and on the phone on a daily basis. Someone who is comfortable with both sales strategy and execution. Someone who can parse complex information easily and relay that information to a client in a simple and easy manner.

Requirements

Past insurance, sales, or financial services experience is a plus, but not required. Property and Casualty or life and health insurance license a plus. Past sales experience is helpful. We are willing to offer training and brokerage license training if the applicant performs well. Also if the applicant shows promise we are open to offering a full time position in the future.
