Description

Bond Street Group is a recruiting and staffing agency for Legal, Financial, Administrative, and Entertainment companies.

The Recruiting Coordinator’s main job objective is to assist Account Managers/Recruiters with various projects focused on: reviewing resumes, sourcing and qualifying candidates, scheduling and tracking of candidate’s interviews, entering candidates into database, updating candidate’s profiles, performing background checks and I-9 processing.
You will learn to:
Utilize and maintain our APPLICANT TRACKING SYSTEMS: The ATS is a database used to catalog information on candidates, clients and job orders. All applicants, correspondences, comments, availability, and work orders are entered into APPLICANT TRACKING SYSTEMS. By accurately maintaining APPLICANT TRACKING SYSTEMS, we are able to run complex searches and quickly retrieve information to assist us in filling orders.
You will be trained to:
Source & Evaluate Resumes: This involves setting up search string, doing Boolean searches, reviewing the resume to assess their candidacy based on open jobs, skill sets and potential needs.

Requirements

Qualifications:
• Candidates must possess superior customer service and communications skills.
• Be extremely detailed, well organized, confident, proactive and able to meet deadlines.
• Must enjoy working in a fast paced environment, and problem solving. Candidates must be team players with a great sense of humor.
• Prefer: majors in the following: HR/Organizational Psych; Communications, Finance or Technology.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus.
