Dreissig Apparel Inc. is looking for a qualified candidate to be an intergral part in the continued success and growth of the Certified Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) division, known as Dreissig Company, of our locally established business. This position requires a high energy level, with a focus on organizational skills, attention to detail and excellent communication skills. The part-time position will have flexible hours, approximately 20-30 hours per week and will be based out of our Syracuse, NY office. Compensation will be an hourly wage based on experience.


Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Communicating with distributors and state agencies
- Preparing purchase orders and invoices
- Placing orders
- Keeping detailed spreadsheets


The candidate will need to have the ability to be a fast learner, multitask while prioritizing daily tasks, have knowledge of accounts payable, be very proficient in MS Excel, Word, and Powerpoint, and maintain a neat and professional appearance. Previous experience as an Account Manager or an Administrative Assistant is preferred, but not required.


Required - Microsoft Office, Multi Tasking, Quick & Eager Learner
Preferred - Customer Service, Account Management, Accounts Payable
