This position will support ongoing data improvement efforts for MedPro's CRM System. Focus will be on strengthening customer and prospect records and collecting group rosters and market intelligence that will make our sales efforts more impactful.
Research, build, and manage medical facility rosters in Centric
Write requirements that improve or introduce new functionality in CRM tool
Test new versions of CRM and data updates
Work one-on-one with an assigned sales region
Miscellaneous projects that involve data clean up and/or verifying CRM data
Work with Underwriting department to track quote information and save them within physician records in CRM tool
Minimum of 1 year of college in business or related field; minimum 3.0 GPA
Ability to work effectively in a team environment or independently
Strong written/verbal communication and analytical skills
Proven ability to multi-task and manage time effectively, along with the ability to quickly grasp new concepts
