Responsibilities

Process Payroll Batch entry of approved Continuing Education requests.
Accurately enter wage garnishment detail into employee records as received.
Produce overtime reports to be emailed to Regional Directors by pay date.
Accurately calculate and forecast employee PTO and sick accruals.
Send quarterly PTO & sick reports to Clinic Directors, Managers & Supervisors.
Data entry and audit approved past pay period timekeeping adjustments.
Accurately audit assigned group of trial payroll to payment accuracy prior to finalizing payroll.
Alphabetize missed clock sheets and record receipt of missed clock sheets on spreadsheet. Provide HRIS with spot check department missed clock sheets.
Calculate and batch entry of weighted overtime pay for applicable employees.
Process termination payment and PTO payouts per state law.
Review and process any authorized employment verification requests within 24 hours of receipt.
Process employee Perkins Loan forgiveness applications
Responding to employee questions and requests within 24 hours, in a friendly and encouraging manner.

Required Experience
Education:

Associate’s degree, preferably in Accounting, or equivalent work experience.

Experience:

Proficiency in automated payroll systems is required;
Minimum 1 year related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience;
