DescriptionAs an administrative intern, you will learn how a physician manages a private practice by gaining real life, hands on experience. Under the supervision of the practice owner, you will be responsible of many tasks in order to keep all operations of the practice at maximum efficiency. You will gain professional skills and knowledge by effectively communicating with hospitals, patients, and partnering companies, while generating revenue and maintaining patient and client satisfactory levels.
Responsibilities-Schedule patients, surgeries, meetings, etc.
-Learn office protocol, how files and information is processed within the practice, and how to make it more efficient.
-Asses accounts and strategize on increasing revenue.
-Communicate with companies, hospitals, and patients in a timely and appropriate manner.
-Work with a team to advertise plastic surgery and aesthetic services and generate revenue from advertisements.
-Track company website using Google Analytics
-Provide satisfactory customer service with interactions with patients and clients.
RequirementsCollege student at an accredited university.
Need to be available Monday and Tuesday 8am-6pm and Saturdays 9:30am-2:30pm.
