At NVS Building & Facilities Maintenance Services, LLC we are focused on providing heating, ventilation and air (HVAC), electrical, plumbing, janitorial, landscaping, painting, carpentry, security and roofing services with the highest levels of customer satisfaction – we will do everything we can to meet our customer’s expectations. We have a network of internal experts, strategic partners, alliances, and preferred suppliers to assist us in the delivery of outstanding service. The services range from existing buildings in need of preventive or replacement services or on newly developed buildings which need totally new installation.

The Project Coordinator will be responsible for providing support to multiple projects.
• Work closely with CEO & Strategic Project Manager to coordinate scheduling of deliverables and various meetings.
• Organizing appointments and travel plans for the Executives of the company.
• Work with other department support personnel to ensure coordination and clarity in all support areas.
• Act as department point of contact with Office Management vendors to streamline office procedures.
• Available to answer calls from clients & techs during the hours of (9:30am-3pm eastern standard time) Monday thru Friday.
• Create and maintain detailed project schedules that includes cost, schedule, client info and project status
• Monitor operational aspects of various projects
• Assist with creating and executing project work plans
• Create new reports and/or files to enhance analysis and reporting of network expansion in support of sales.


The Project Coordinator will be responsible providing support to multiple projects.
• Create log mechanism to Manage Processes and Logs for Project Issues, Changes
• Provide project support including attending meetings, taking notes, and following up on action items
• Managing Project Documentation received from techs during sites visits
• Work closely with other personnel to ensure deadlines and goals are being met
• Consolidate data from several sources to develop final data sets for analysis
• Assist in tracking and reporting new HVAC activity and post-HVAC sales results and
• Coordinate techs dispatching schedules and assignment using


• Exposure to MS Project
• Exposure to MS PowerPoint
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with other team members including senior executives
• Demonstrate excellence, integrity, teamwork, innovation, community, and inclusion to every customer (internal and external) to clarify the values of our business and differentiate our HVAC clients in the market place.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills including the ability to communicate effectively, tactfully, courteously, and professionally with all employees in a business to business environment
• Extreme attention to detail and ability to work independently
