Description

Cindy's Table is a brand for food blogging, cookbook author, entertaining expert and host of Everyday to Gourmet. As Cindy's Table grows we are seeking sales representative to sell sponsorships and magazine advertisement space and other programs. This is a commission position with great potential.

Requirements Include:

The Project Manager is an entry level position that works closely with Cindy in scheduling TV segments, appearances, demonstrations and coordination of her TV show. Also, works with vendors/clients when scheduling events.to fulfill client needs. The Project Manager will ensure smooth running of the daily tasks and as it relates to Cindy’s Table.

This person will coordinate specific projects and assignments supervised by Cindy. This may include preparing sponsors, giveaways, social media, newsletters, email notifications, scheduling, website, presentations and schedules, and other tasks that may arise.

Will assist with identifying sponsors and sending information then scheduling meetings.

Organize, schedule and prepare video productions.

Work with interns to ensure projects are appropriately given and schedule time lines, office schedules, etc. Manage that we are fulfilling their objectives and successful on tasks.

Other duties may include contacting media outlets to arrange press coverage, events and conferences.

The ideal candidate will be pursuing or already possess a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or communications. The candidate should have strong writing, research, organization skills and detailed oriented, be willing to adjust to a variety of client temperaments and personalities and be willing to go above and beyond the call of duty in order to complete a project accurately and on time. You must have skills in gaining more exposure via social media. Working with sponsors and maintaining giveaways.

Attend meetings with sponsors and publicist to stay on track of all schedules and demonstrations.
