Position Overview
While serving as a valued member of the Human Resources team, our Receptionist will be responsible for greeting visitors and coordinating the administrative activities of our corporate office.

Our company's rapid growth and high standards require the addition of a talented and extremely organized Receptionist, who has experience identifying and resolving problems, as well as working with clients/vendors. The ideal candidate should have demonstrated professionalism and courtesy in answering telephone inquiries from customers and direct them as necessary to the appropriate associate.

As our Receptionist, your essential duties and responsibilities will include the following. Other duties may be assigned as needed. Under direct supervision, performs a variety of routine support activities in the administrative function.

Key Responsibilities:

Answer incoming calls and greet visitors
Provide daily administrative support to Human Resources department
Assign building access cards and periodically audit access badge list to ensure authorized associates have access to our suite
Order business cards, name plates, and all office supplies for the company
Receive and track incoming inventory
Prepare and mail USPS/DHL/FedEx packages
Sort mail
Prepare and send out all employee anniversary and birthday cards, as well as order cupcakes for a monthly celebration in the break rooms
Manage internal employee award program

The following skills and experiences are necessary to be successful in this role…

High school diploma or GED
1-3 years of related experience
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft office software (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong familiarity with the internet/adept at navigating through internet search engines
Demonstrated professionalism and courtesy in answering telephone inquiries from customers
Strong attention to detail and be extremely organized
Focus on detail, accuracy, and quality
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
Must thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment
Excellent oral and written skills and ability to work effectively at all levels of an organization
Ability to type 35 wpm with high accuracy
