Receptionist/Call Center Representative

We are seeking a Good and smart employee willing to be trained all round qualification or not non qualified as the Receptionist is responsible for presenting a friendly, professional appearance to customers, clients and callers, answer incoming calls, as well as handle incoming and outgoing packages, deliveries, and mail. Limited accounting duties will include filing and assisting accounts receivable with small tasks.


1. Answer telephones at front reception desk and greet incoming customers.
2. Sort/distribute mail and packages. Ensure accurate records for incoming and outgoing deliveries and packages.
3. Distribute/send faxes.
4. Maintain logs of who is in/out of the office.
5. Make company wide notices as directed by Human Resources.
6. Assist Accounts Receivable with assigned tasks on an as needed basis.
7. Perform miscellaneous duties as needed.
8. Must assist on the area of call center


1. Must have the ability to speak English. (Spanish is a plus but not a requirement.)
2. Must present a professional appearance and pleasant demeanor.
3. Ability to be prompt and have good attendance is essential.
4. Must be able to multi-tasked
5. Must be ready to follow protocols and instructions.
