Description

PFS Wealth Management Group is an independent wealth management firm focused on helping individuals, families and organizations preserve, manage and build wealth. We do so by designing and implementing individualized investment strategies uniquely adapted to the challenges and opportunities inherent to today’s financial environment.

Relationship Coordinator:
Under general supervision, the general duties and responsibilities of the job include, but are not limited to:

Specific duties include but are not limited to:
◦Receive all telephone calls, researching questions and problems as appropriate prior to escalation to the President
◦Process all mail and e-mail
◦Maintain calendar and schedule of appointments as a result of workshops or public events handled by Marketing Coordinator
•Work in an independent manner to resolve detailed administrative questions from clients in support of the President
◦Support the coordination of routine service requests from clients such as withdrawals, address changes, beneficiary changes, etc.
•Maintain compliance logs/files
•Collaborate with other employees. Establish and maintain strong working relationships.
•Other and general office duties as assigned, to include but not limited to copying, filing,
•Enter all pertinent data and information into the database system for referencing and record keeping.
•Resolve detailed administrative questions from clients in support of the Advisors

Requirements

Qualifications:
•Minimum two(2) years general office/administrative support experience. Financial services industry experience desired
•High school diploma or equivalent. College coursework/degree desired but not required.
•Ability to build relationships in person and over the telephone.
•Ability to multi-task, high attention to detail, good organizational and prioritization skills.
•Ability to start and finish projects showing quality and timeliness.
•Computer skills to include intermediate level knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.) as well as the Internet. CRM Software experience desired.
•Exceptional customer service skills.
•Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
