Responsibilities as researcher:
-Converse with all employees, clients and business partners, using the English language, in a clear, precise and professional manner.
-Efficiently perform all research for the business and our clients, coordinating directly with Our Head of Administration and Research Manager. Research usually includes researching job postings; and finding the names, titles and contact information of executives and companies for our client’s career management programs.
-Follow up directly with any questions regarding assignments and communicate directly with TBG employees when assignments are completed.
-Perform all reference checks on TBG client as directed by Our Head of Administration and Research Manager.
-As a member of our team, assist all employees, providing expertise and performing the work necessary to meet the needs of our business and clients.
Responsibilities as administrative assistant:
-Promptly complete all assignments using administrative skills. Necessary skills include typing using Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Outlook and Word; performing mail mergers and processing electronic email delivery mass mailings.
-As we are a small business and growing business, we expect our Researcher and Administrative Assistant to be flexible to perform other duties as assigned by management.
