Description

Sales Representatives are in charge of driving the revenue growth of MF&T through the acquisition of new business. This is a 90% new business acquisition, 10% account management role. You will be expected to:
Quickly learn MF&T principles and suite of technologies
Prospect for new opportunities independently and manage a pipeline
Research leads, pre-qualify prospects, and identify decision makers within a corporate structure
Develop relationships by way of phone, email, social media and professional networking
Be an product expert: educate prospects on the benefits of MF&T products and services and make solid recommendations
Create urgency and close deals quickly in a sales driven environment

Requirements

Requirements:
Some sales experience required, technology sales experience in a B2B environment preferred
Must have a "hunter" mentality as this is a new business sales role
Strong written and verbal persuasion and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of Microsoft products, networking and web products will give you a leg up

Strong written and verbal communication skills are required

Disciplined approach to daily activity planning, setting goals and achieving success

Ability to take direction, be coached and mentored

Demonstrated success interacting with people by phone, leading and persuading and overcoming obstacles associated with prospecting

Experience with or ability to learn web applications such as Salesforce.com, Zoominfo and LinkedIn
