DescriptionWe are a luxury landscape design build firm in the Tukwila area. We service the Greater Seattle area as well as the east side. We are seeking an energetic, personable, organized and dependable individual for our sales assistant and customer care position. In this position the sales assistant will assist our landscape and excavation estimators by pre-screening incoming leads, scheduling phone calls and site visits, relaying communication throughout the process between the client and estimator if needed, following up with customers to receive payment for on-going projects and execute our Customer Care follow up through emails and phone calls. This position requires a self-starter that can work in a fast paced environment. This individual will need to organize themselves to stay on top of projects and follow up deadlines while also being flexible based on estimator and customer needs. Though this position will include some Accounts Receivable tasks, there will be no accounting experience required as we can train. This is a fun team in a growing company. We are seeking team players who can bring a good energy to the office while maintaining their professionalism in dealing with clients, team mates and vendors.
We are also interested in those individuals who have a creative side that can help with videography, website maintenance, photoshop experience etc. This is considered a plus and not a requirement.
-Recording lead information for estimator to review
-Typing up bids in our estimating system
-Typing up Purchase Orders
-Following up with customers following our customer care system
-Light office cleaning
-Filing and data entry
-Note taking in meetings
-Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Adobe PDF
-Exceptional Time Management Skills
-Self-starter, ability to learn and adapt quickly
-Organized in creating systems to maintain tasks and follow up
-Personable on phone
-Accepting recent college graduate applicants
-1 to 2 years in office assistant/admin positions or sales positions is a plus but not required
-Bachelor’s Degree preferred
