Worldwide we have 1,600 employees with 80 employees in Austin. We are a fast-paced company with significant opportunity to both learn and advance within the company. Ideally this intern would move to a full-time position upon graduation.
We are hiring for this position year round but would prefer someone who can start immediately! This is a paid position ($8.00 - $10.00 / hr).
Sales Op Intern would be responsible for assisting with all of the lead management, sales reports, incentive program development, etc in our growing office based at 3212 South Congress Ave, Austin TX 78704. He or She will assist in the building of high-level strategy and day-to-day tasks that will drive sales and Revenue for the company. Drive to achieve results, exceptional communication skills and ability to juggle multiple tasks is essential to this position.
Responsibilities• Help create and improve CRM and financial systems
• Provide assistance with administrative duties
• Organize company wide meetings
• Assist in outreach by sending correspondence emails to clients and carriers
• Current or recent enrollment in a graduate or undergraduate degree program
• Ability to prioritize tasks and handle numerous assignments simultaneously
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel in particular
• Minimum GPA 3.0
• Able to work at least 15 - 20 hours per week for 3 - 4 months
