Description

Small janitorial business in in immediate need of a part time Administrative Assistant to join its team. The Executive Assistant will be supporting the growing business by taking on administrative tasks such as: calendar management, ordering supplies, typing correspondence, and designing and preparing marketing materials to represent the company, and all other duties as assigned.

This is an entry level position for the perfect student that what would like to learn the contracting business and be a part of an exciting new venture.

This internship offers a stipend of $40 per week, after the first 4 weeks of probation. Printing paper and any ink that may be needed to complete the tasks will be provided.

Responsibilities

-Filling out Subcontractor Qualification forms
-Preparing invoices
-Setting appointments
-Calendar management
-Designing attractive and effective advertising material (fliers, brochures, magnets....etc.)
-Manage Website
-Launching and monitoring social media campaigns

Requirements

Requirements:

- 1-2 years of administrative experience

- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Calendar, and Email

- Student in pursuit of Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or Accounting.

- Have a strong interest in helping to expand the business.

- Excellent communication skills
