General Description
Sustainable Works is looking for a reliable and motivated individual to handle office management responsibilities. The Office Administrator Intern will manage reception responsibilities, payroll and reimbursement processing, invoicing and late payment tracking as well account management. In addition, they will be responsible for managing and reconciling petty cash and office supply inventory if necessary . This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience working at an International company in an enthusiastic basketball industry.


1.Answer phone.
2.Follow Up with Current or Interested Clients.
3. Daily account management
4. Update website and team/interested player databases
5. Social Media Postings
6. Keep track of outgoing invoices
7. Setup interviews/ appointments


Proficient command of English grammar and spelling
• Must be proficient in MS Office
• Experience with creative data management is a plus but not required
• Past Office Administration is a plus but not required
• Social Media Marketing
