As a Virtual Administrative Assistant, you will work with a wide range of clients handling typical office receptionist duties but at your home. You will be tasked with answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, data entry, and notifying the company admin through professionally crafted emails and an integrated messaging system.

POSITION TYPE: Full time

COMPENSATION: $400 weekly ($20 per hour).

HOURS: Monday - Friday 10:00am - 2:00pm

Responsibilities

• Manage contact lists and customer spreadsheets
• Maintain a calendar and set up meetings
• Take transcription and handle correspondence
• Make business arrangements
• Handle billing and accounting profiling
• Prepare and send out e-mail newsletters
• Prepare, collate and ship proposals and meeting materials
• Send out requested information to customers
• Handle client inquiries by phone or e-mail

Requirements

• Good communication skills over the phone and emails
• Drive and determination to see clients problem(s) solved
• Ability to work as part of a virtual team
• Excellent customer service skills
• Basic understanding of business operation, including contracts and agreements and time management
• Willingness to admit and correct mistakes
• Respect for others' intellectual property (no plagiarism or software piracy)
• Good organizational skills
• Good spelling, grammar and punctuation skills
