DescriptionThe Ideal Virtual Assistant (VA) will have fast and reliable internet. The Ideal VA will understand the "why" behind the tasks to be complete and not simply have a "What" to do list. Similarly to learning how to Add instead of memorizing entire addition tables. A deep understand of the "why" of my brand will allow more productive and effective work. The ideal VA will be knowledgeable about American pop culture, youth culture and how they interact online. Most of them are recurring. I can provide How-To's, Templates and login information. The work will range from 10-20 hours a week.
Responsibilities1) Direct messaging (directly message individuals)
direct messaging on social media, texting and email
what to do (sparking conversation, exchanging pleasantries, sharing content, exchanging contact info, requesting to share and/ or referrals); template can be provided
2) Entering and organizing data base of customers/fans
3) Writing and sending email newsletters, text updates, forum posts on website, social media posts, and press releases
4) Update website homepage graphics and create memes
