Wiles Magazine is looking for an extremely motivated intern with an interest in advertising sales and digital media. The ideal candidate will be creative and think outside the box. You will also possess the ability to work independently, execute sales strategies, build relationships and prospect over the phone and via email. Interns will gain valuable experience by actively participating in the entire ad sales cycle – from pitch to close.


Interfacing with upper management to identify viable potential advertisers.
Work with upper management to develop advertising opportunities proposals.
Prospect through internet research and cold-calling.


• Interest in working in traditional and/or Internet ad sales. Previous sales experience in a call center or retail environment is helpful, but not required.

• Highly organized with the ability to multi-task
• Exemplary written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office – particularly Word, Power Point and Excel. Photoshop and Quark are helpful, but not required.
