We are a hospitality and restaurant management group located in the Piazza at Northern Liberties. We are currently seeking interns to join our team of markers and promotion directors.
We are looking for marketing students who want to learn the ins and outs of restaurants and member-only clubs.
Philly2night is our sister company and we run and work our marketing program out of their office.
Our restaurant locations are The North Shore Beach Club and Kings Oak Lane.
ResponsibilitiesBrand Marketing & Promotions Intern Position
The Brand Marketing & Promotions Interns will work with our Marketing & Promotions Department.The applicant will gain experience in Social Network Marketing, Guerilla Marketing, Public Relations, Sales,Site Traffic Generation, Marketing Plan Development, and Problem Solving Skills. This position offers a large opportunity to work hands on with our Marketing & Promotions department and become a part of our team throughout the internship.
This is an unpaid internship, but in exchange for your hard work and dedication, we can offer you real work experience, professional skill building, networking opportunities, field experience, and a behind the scene look of what it takes to run and promote successful restaurant and club establishments.
Intern Responsibilities Include:
Working on long-term promotional projects with Event Coordinator
Assisting in creating copy for promotional items such as flyers, event listings, newsletters,
dedicated emails, event signage, and more.
Ensuring our websites are up-to-date regarding our upcoming events and promotions.
Updating our social media sites daily
Helping our guest service representative sell pool memberships and accurately keeping them on record.
Responding to customer inquiries via email or phone
RequirementsAn outgoing and energetic personality is essential
Academic Credit or Non-credit accepted
Ability to network & maintain relationships
Good customer service skills is highly valuable
Must be active and knowledge of local venues & the Philadelphia “scene”
Must have an understanding of on-line social networks and active profiles
Basic knowledge Microsoft Office, word, and excel
Must have a laptop
Reliable Transportation (public or private)
**21+ years of age is a definite plus but not a requirement
