Responsibilities

General administrative support, including handling incoming phone calls, faxing, and photocopying, etc.
Coordinate daily schedule, set appointments, and prepare packets and materials for incoming client prospects in fast paced real estate market.
Manage advertising changes to several websites for Real Estate Professional.
Maintain and develop a computerized client and prospect database.
Respond to and follow up inquiries by email, phone, or through the Real Estate Professional.
Perform other related administrative duties as they arise.

Requirements

Education: Ideal background would be in Marketing, Sales, and Advertising. Earning or received a degree in business administration, marketing, communications, although other backgrounds may be acceptable.

Personality: Self-driven, forward thinking individual with a positive outlook, and a clear focus on quality and profit from excellent performance. A forward planner with a keen eye for details. Credible and comfortable in dealing with different types of people through great communication and a businesslike approach. Sufficiently mobile and flexible with a drive for new experience, responsibility and culpability.

Business and Sales Skills: Must be excellent with telephone and face-to-face communication. Creative ability and imagination, excellent communication and sales skills, ability to move from concepts to concrete expression of ideas and work under pressure.

This is for someone that is passionate about sales and real estate and looking to become a Licensed New York Real Estate Agent
