VidRoll efficiently monetizes the explosive growth of new media channels across desktop, mobile and connected TV by offering an ad-supported model that empowers the relationship between advertisers and their target audience. We process massive amounts of real-time data that is used by advertisers to make decisions that improves yield and allows content publishers to realize the monetary value of their users.

The Accounts team is made up of account leads that manage VidRoll’s campaigns on a day-to-day basis. They are the direct liaisons with our clients and work to deliver success across each and every campaign we run. This internship position would be directly overseen by an Account Manager based in Santa Monica, CA.

POSITION OVERVIEW
This intern will be working directly with the Accounts department where they will have the opportunity to learn about programmatic video advertising, digital media and client service via a hands on, immersive internship experience.

Responsibilities

Primary duties include:

Digital Knowledge: Learn the entire digital media campaign process, from RFP through campaign completion; Gain access to leadership team in order to develop deeper knowledge of industry and trends along with career advice.

Team Coordination: Work closely with and receive hands-on experience from the Accounts, Social Communications and Sales teams.

Project & Campaign Management: Assist Accounts team with developing and executing campaigns.

Research & Analysis: Utilize leading data analysis and market research tools and software; Help compile client-facing reports and insights; Help team stay organized and up-to-date with client-facing materials; Research and share industry insights and best practices with team.

Requirements

CANDIDATE OVERVIEW
The successful candidate will be a motivated and eager learner and also:

-Recent college grad, or current college student majoring in business, marketing, communications, advertising, public relations or related field.
-Intern experience at digital media agency, advertising/creative agency and/or social media company is a plus.
-Competent with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint and experience with real-time collaboration tools such as Slack.
-Proficient and active in social media.
