Our unique approach delivers exceptional design, innovative thinking and bottom line results for our clients across mediums including but not limited to: identity, print, art direction, interactive, and content marketing.
Black Book Ink is looking for an Account Services Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate should work well with a creative team, be comfortable juggling multiple projects and deadlines in a time-constrained environment. This candidate should also be a clear communicator with the internal team and have a meticulous attention to detail.
The Account Services Intern will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, look presentable to clients and team members at all times, maintain confidentiality and a positive attitude, be self-motivated and highly organized. This internship requires strong attention to detail, problem solving, and quick thinking under pressure.
ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Collaborate with several cross-functional team members within the company
• Assist the Account Services department in processing job requests in BBI’s project management system
• Helping prepare presentations for client/team meetings
• Prepping the BBI conference room for meetings
• Ensure timely delivery of all assets
• Answer phones as needed
• Keeping filing systems up-to-date
Internship must be performed in our Dallas, Texas office, on-site. Internships are between 15 – 20 hours per week, and are unpaid.
