Position works collaboratively with marketing team to create and edit copy for new and existing marketing campaigns that promote the brand message on Mac Papers’ web properties and other marketing pieces. Responsible for conceptualizing, researching, creating, editing, proofreading and managing content on/in Mac Papers’ websites, newsletters and social media platforms.


The responsibilities of the position include but are not limited to: ● Management of all social media platforms ● Creating social media campaigns that align with team’s marketing initiatives ● Content writing for multiple web properties, including corporate blog and newsletters ● Editing copy, including collateral, content for press releases and company blog and Partnering with strategic partners to identify and develop content topics for web properties ● Working closely with the Marketing team to achieve effective communications ● Brand support, such as editing and reformatting internal and external collateral and communications ● Developing customer communications that support business strategies ● Researching the products we sell to develop communications that educate customers ● Discovering and disseminating helpful research and information provided by company’s partners and suppliers to support the sales team ● And some special projects and administrative support, as needed.


Proficiency in writing content for the web and social media sites that demonstrates subject matter expertise, Experience in writing action-oriented copy for B2B markets, Writing copy that is user-oriented and meets standard, SEO criteria Knowledge and adherence to the AP style guidelines, Experience managing content with WordPress, Implementing and managing all major social media sites including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube and Google+, Experience researching and tracking evolving trends and applying them to social media and web campaigns, Experience analyzing campaign progress in Google Analytics and social channels, Ability to problem-solve with a focus on monitoring and addressing sensitive issues across multiple online communities, Ability to multitask and prioritize projects under tight timelines, Experience using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Work with other creative projects internally and externally such as public relations and business development, Identify opportunities to support and build the growth of the Marketing team and its individual members, Have an excellent command of English language; ability to apply it to copy written by other professionals, Be self-motivated and deadline oriented, Have a strong grasp of the importance of corporate branding, Be able to simplify complex information into easy-to-understand communications tailored to a specific audience, Be creative, resourceful and willing to think outside the box to elevate our message, Dedicated to providing the highest quality of work that meets or exceeds the requirements of the job and Maintain a positive attitude that engages team and customers.
