Description


Social Media Marketing/Multimedia Intern:

Work directly with Artist/Expert to develop and execute a strong social media strategy across multiple platforms. Intern will work directly social media accounts, partners and projects. This position is responsible for increasing brand awareness through social media including Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, Tumblr, Pinterest, and Instagram for the company. Position to work remotely from home with occasional multimedia projects at our Downtown creative workspace. College credit is preferred.

Requirements:
• Passion for social media, beauty and green lifestyle helpful
• Thorough understanding of social media sites including YouTube, Twitter, Instagram,
Facebook and Google Plus, Pintress and Tumblir and creating viral loops between them.
• Must have internet access/phone-calls and texts/email/etc. - Telecommuting position.
• Available for phone check-ins at least 2-3 days a week, 0-1 hour per day (training,
updates, meetings, conference calls, etc.)
• Effective communicator and extremely organized
• Proficient in wordpress
• Photoshop/illustrator skills a plus but not necessary
• Must have the ability to follow through
• Strong attention to detail
•Previous Marketing, Social Media or PR experience background is a plus.

Responsibilities:
• Drafting and managing schedule of posts for daily content across social media profiles
• Create, edit and maintain social media content, post calendar, giveaways, challenges and marketing campaigns.
• Collaborative efforts to achieve maximum exposure
• Held accountable for logging hours and intern activity throughout the week
• Delivering sharp witty updates across our social media profiles
• Working to identify a relevant audience and monitoring day-to-day social media
conversation and reporting back

Interns must:
Give 4 to 6 months commitment
Start immediately
