DescriptionDraftsperson Intern at a Fast Paced Kitchen Cabinet Supplier
Are you obsessed with designing and drawing kitchens and Office spaces? Do your friends look to you on Facebook and Twitter for the latest trends, ideas, and memes? Regal Kitchens is a Passaic NJ based cabinet distributor set on dramatically offering well designed, good quality kitchens for the real estate industry. We have been in business for over 26 years, and we are aggressively looking to expand into the multi-unit and repeat customer real estate builder and investor market.
Regal Kitchens has a fast paced work environment and we seek talented employees who crave learning new skills and aren't afraid to tackle big projects. As an intern you will get to work with a variety of our existing customers as well as our professional staff. You will work on real projects that will help us grow.
Our ideal candidate is someone who can examine blueprints and floor-plans, and be able to convert the specs therein into CAD designs, and be able to price it and submit a proposal. Someone who is obsessed with detail, and is creative and thoughtful when interacting with team members as well as potential customers.
What You Will Learn:
How to create a cost effective yet esthetically pleasing kitchen design.
How to track our online databases and how to determine which are the most promising projects.
How to go down to a jobsite and to measure and look out for potential job pitfalls.
Techniques to create layouts from other ones so as to speed up the proposal process.
You will learn how to work with our design software as well as our CRM databases.
Much more – your will work closely with our Design and Marketing team.
If this sounds interesting we want to hear from you.
The position begins in the next few weeks and lasts as long as you are able to.
To apply please submit your resume, and/or portfolio to Ben at firstname.lastname@example.org
