Architects and Interior Designers is a full service firm that provides comprehensive Architecture, Planning and Interior Design services. The firm has served a variety of international and U.S. clients ranging from private individuals to large corporate firms. Our practice focuses on custom estate and custom corporate office design projects.
Our mission is to provide the highest quality design services through a comprehensive approach to each project, seeking the best design solutions by working with all the elements of the design process including master planning, landscape, exterior architecture, interior architecture, interior furniture, fixtures and equipment(FF&E), including accessories, art and antique collections. Through this process, our firm creates unique, memorable and quality lifestyle design projects for our clients.
The ideal candidate should possess a good attitude, with a strong can-do mentality. Responsibilities shall include, but are not limited, to the following:
Assist designers in Interior Design Dept.
Coordination with consultants, vendors and Owner
General office work
Composing and sending memos/emails
Provide administrative assistance as needed
Handle various other tasks as directed
At least 1 year of experience
Experience with Word, Excel, & Outlook is required; Design Manager & Photoshop a plus
Overall understanding of Interior Design
Ability to follow design direction
Understand Schematic Design and Design Development
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously with minimum supervision
Strong organizational and problem solving skills
Procurement experience a plus
Works well under pressure
Self-motivated team player
High-end residential interior design experience preferred
