For now, this is a part time internship however if the the potential intern exceeds expectations, there is a possibility for a full time offer.

We have two locations. One at 497 Canal St., NY, NY. The other is at 52 E. Centre St. Nutley, NJ.

Responsibilities

-Help measure three dimensional space
-Help create drawings of floor plans
-Help lay over floor plans as part of inspection and sign off submissions

Requirements

-Must be good with CAD and BIM
-Flexibility is a plus
- Experience with Computer Science is also a plus (NOT A PREREQUISITE, but a major plus)

Preferred - Academic Writing, Creative Concept Design, Computer Architecture, Solid computer skills, Team Leader, Startup Development
