DescriptionArtisserie German Pastry Bakery is seeking for Pastry Cook Interns who are team oriented and motivated individuals.
Responsibilities• Prepare quality baked goods, such as breads, pastries, chocolates, puff pastries, desserts, danishes and special occasion cakes
• Production knowledge and attention to detail with decoration and taste quality
• Maintain a solid knowledge of all food products and skillfully apply culinary techniques
• Effectively communicate with Chef all concerns
• Maintain organization, cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment
• Prepares and orders bakery supplies as needed
RequirementsSome Culinary experience. This is an unpaid internship for credit.
