Customer Service Representative

Location: Pennington, NJ
Duration: 5-6 months

Description:
Will work within the client Edge Research and Response Group:
Assists customers with questions or issues regarding their accounts received via phone and/or correspondence.
Customer requests are predominantly routine, but may require deviation from standard screens, scripts, and procedures. Must have experience navigating multiple screens and systems.
May respond to faxes, emails, an or internal workorders.
Uses computerized system for tracking, information gathering, and/or troubleshooting.

Requirements:
Requires basic knowledge of the wealth management organization, products and/or account services services.
Must have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
May research issues or transfer to a research function - must have experience doing so.
Entry level position, generally up to 1 year of Customer Service experience.
