The Administrative Assistant for the Internship program will help to coordinate all the details of interviewing, onboarding, and developing Christ Fellowship Interns. This is a part-time, hourly (non-exempt) position, scheduled for 20 hours per week and reports to the Internship Director.
ResponsibilitiesWork with the Internship Director to oversee intern application process in applicant tracking system.
Assist in interviews of all Internship candidates by phone.
Work with the intern interview team to schedule all on-site interviews.
Consistently communicate details to all intern candidates who are “in-process.”
Work with Human Resources in the on-boarding of all accepted candidates.
Help facilitate year-round intern home rooms & family nights.
Work with the Internship Director to look after the details of intern housing.
Enter events into the event management system.
Coordinate hospitality for all internship program events.
Work with Director to oversee and maintain intern budget.
RequirementsProficient with computers, and a minimum of 5 years' experience with MS Office.
Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, leadership techniques, and coordination of people and resources.
Experience with event planning
Must possess strong leadership skills and the ability to build teams of volunteers.
Must be a flexible and teachable team player
Requires the ability to accomplish assigned projects through other ministry staff; utilizing highly developed communication (written and verbal), project management, time management and collaboration skills.
Demonstrates the ability to perform high quality, detailed work with minimum supervision with assigned deadlines.
Must possess a superior knowledge of office technology
Able to handle confidential matters and material with excellence
