DescriptionSatya Capital Group, Inc. is a discretionary commercial real estate Lender. We are a provider of capital in the form of bridge debt on income-producing commercial assets. We’re also a buyer of non-performing loans and performing loans off the balance sheets of banks and institutions.
Our main clients are experienced owners and landlords who have found something interesting to buy but do not have all of the capital they need, or are facing a default on their current commercial loans and need to be refinanced. The Internship opportunity that we’re offering is an analyst position for a full school year and you’ll be responsible for some or many of the following tasks:
-Calls and follow up calls to banks, institutions and industry Professionals.
-Create PowerPoint presentations for prospects and clients.
-Work on Excel financial models.
-Calculate financial ratios
-Put together pitch books
-Asset in Deal Structuring
-Marketing/Networking (email, social media, direct mail literature, network events etc.)
-Filling out contracts/LOI’s
-Finding new deal flow
-Test new technology
-Cultivate new ideas
This is an unpaid internship. Incentives based upon production only as an independent contractor. Rich payouts.

ResponsibilitiesMake and manage new contacts
Find a deal flow
Qualify buyers and sellers
Do market research to find trends and comparables
Fill in and create financial models for acquisition
Calculate financial ratios for each deal
Create PowerPoint presentations for each deal
Work the phones, calling institutions, brokers, banks, sellers, REITs, funds, etc.
Do e-mail blasts about new products and services that you and your business provide
Follow up with the contacts
Set up calls on qualified leads
Try and test new technology (this is huge these days)
Create ideas (remember, you hired them for their brains and creativity)
Participate on conference calls and investor meetings
Take notes during those meetings
Sort through and filter Excel tapes
RequirementsYou are required to have:
your own computer, phone and quiet/environment to make calls and work.
The Following skills are required:
Microsoft office; (Power Point, Word, Excel, Publisher)
Social media skills,
Great phone skills,
Able to learn quickly
Some sales and or marketing skills
