Responsibilities

Responsibilities
•Support high-level sales leaders on impacting day-to-day production
•Attend sales skills trainings
•Use business tools and Excel to gauge business fundamentals
•Plan team events
•Organize and prioritize tasks
•Attend meetings, huddles, and training sessions, providing written recaps for attendees
•Learn the business model by performing tasks that help bankers to be more efficient
•Mail documents to clients, return client calls, review lead management skills of bankers and provide feedback
•Assist in creating PowerPoint presentations for team huddles and trainings
•Develop ideas and contests to increase productivity and cultivate culture
