ResponsibilitiesBuild relationships with investment professionals at leading institutional investors, corporate executives from multinational corporations, and consultants from premiere strategy and management consultancies
Independently own full accountability and responsibility for a full slate of sophisticated clients by serving as a thought partner to design and deliver on custom projects – consultations, surveys, reports, meetings, and more.
Contribute to the efforts of GLG’s Business Development team to grow revenue through expansion of existing business and pursuit of new business
Establish and grow relationships with key executives and thought leaders
Work as part of collaborative interoffice teams to design solutions for clients
Implement GLG’s policies and procedures for protecting the integrity of client engagements and develop new employees
Contribute to key strategic initiatives established by GLG leadership
RequirementsBachelors or higher degree from a top‐tier university (or equivalent work experience), with an undergraduate or graduate GPA of 3.3 or better
2‐4 years of experience in financial services in a client‐facing or analyst role, or commensurate experience in consulting, law, journalism, or other relevant field
Understanding and awareness of financial markets through educational and/or professional background
Superior communication skills, including oral, written, and presentation abilities
Demonstrated commitment, judgment, emotional maturity, and intensity, ideally in a fast paced, multi‐task‐oriented environment
Passion for sales, especially a successful track record in phone sales or outreach
